The Snohomish County Master Gardeners invite you to our annual PLANT SALE!
Our in-person plant sale will be held on May 9, 2026 at the Evergreen Fairgrounds – Don Britton Livestock Pavillion (east side of the fairgrounds).Our focus will be on LOTS of TOMATOES, herbs and vegetables. We will also have thousands of perennials, trees and shrubs and natives. At the fairgrounds, most of the sale will be indoors and under cover.

Directions
Access to the sale is via Hwy 2, just west of Monroe or via Hwy 522 – exit to westbound Hwy 2. Turn north on Cascade View Dr – the road on the east side of the fairgrounds by the Monroe Coop. Follow the signs to the parking lot on the left.
IMPORTANT Please Read
Due to Fairgrounds regulations, NO DOGS will be allowed. Also, the Fire Marshall regulations specify NO CARTS, WAGONS OR STROLLERS in the sale area. Please leave these items in your vehicle or outside the building. With the indoor venue, building occupancy is limited so admission will be metered to control overcrowding.

Perennials
Master Gardener thoughtfully plant gallon pots of your favorite perennials. Located inside the pavillion the plants are arranged by botanical name from A-Z!
Trees and Shrubs
Many Varieties of trees and shrubs are available for purchase
Native Plants
We have a wide assortment of native plants to add to your landscape.
Dahlia Tubers
We will have a selection of dahlia corms for sale with expert advice on planting and caring for dahlias. All labeled with variety and pictures of each.

Carnivorous Plants
Our carnivorous plant experts will be on hand selling and answering any questions you might have about growing these fascinating plants.
– Sarracenia (pitcher plants) – several species
– Drosera (sundews) – several species

Looking for something special for the amazing Mom in your life? Check out our Garden Art selections. These are examples of the creations from last year – all using ‘found items’ and plants from Master Gardener yards and created by our talented Master Gardeners.

All Tomatoes are grown from seed by your Snohomish County Master Gardeners. Each plant is carefully tended to. We strive to provide you with the best tomato plants for our region.

Herbs and Vegetable Starts
Our Vegetables and Herbs are carefully cultivated by seed and grown by Master Gardeners. These seedlings are tended to daily until the Plant Sale.

Peppers
The Scoville scale is a measurement of pungency (spiciness or “heat”) of chili peppers, recorded in Scoville heat units. The bigger the number the hotter the pepper! Each of these plants have been grown by seed and cared for by your Snohomish County Master Gardeners.

What to Know This Year:
The sale layout has changed to fit the building dimensions and access points. Watch for signage to direct you throughout the process.

We recommend you bring your own boxes. We will have some but not nearly enough for the demand. We also offer a Holding Area to keep your selections while you continue shopping.
Note – There is no charge for parking or admission to the Fairgrounds.
We will be accepting Visa and Master Card debit or credit cards and checks. Cash will be accepted with smaller bills preferred. Exact change is appreciated and will save you an extra stop at checkout!
